For more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most vulnerable and challenging seasons. I believe every person is created with inherent worth and dignity, and that healing often begins when we feel safe enough to be fully known and genuinely cared for.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions. Whether supporting a child overwhelmed by big emotions, a teen struggling with intrusive thoughts, a couple feeling disconnected, or an individual carrying quiet grief or discouragement, I understand how heavy these seasons can feel.
My approach to counseling is warm, practical, and rooted in both compassion and grace. I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and encouraged as they work toward meaningful growth and healing. Together, we will gently identify patterns that are no longer serving you, develop practical tools for managing emotions and challenges more effectively, and strengthen the relationships that matter most.
I do not believe therapy is about “fixing” people. Rather, it is a process of gaining deeper understanding, building resilience, and moving forward with renewed hope and purpose.
